Why doesn’t it contain prebiotics?Updated a year ago

Surprisingly, many symptoms often attributed to probiotics, such as gas, bloating, and indigestion, actually stem from prebiotics.

Despite the significance of prebiotics in a balanced diet, fitting a meaningful amount into a convenient capsule becomes impractical. Research suggests an ideal intake of around 5g, while most capsules can only accommodate less than 1g.

Rather than including an insufficient amount of prebiotics in Biotic⁺, we advocate a food-first approach, encouraging a diverse diet rich in vegetables.

Additionally, while prebiotics are commonly added to help bacteria reach the desired location in the Gastrointestinal (GI) tract, it's worth noting that Biotic⁺ features acid-resistant strains, mitigating this concern altogether.
