The European NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) for magnesium is 375mg per day. Each Magnesium⁺ capsule contains 150mg of elemental magnesium from highly absorbable magnesium glycinate.

A full daily serving is 2 capsules, giving you 300mg—that’s 80% of your recommended daily intake.
