📦 How should I store Hydrate⁺?

Hydrate⁺ is stable and easy to store. Just keep it:

In a cool, dry place (a cupboard or drawer is perfect)
Our of direct sunlight and away from humidity
In its original packaging to protect from moisture and maintain freshness

Avoid storing it in the bathroom or fridge—temperature swings and moisture can affect the powder’s consistency.

⏳ What’s the shelf life?

Hydrate⁺ sachets have a shelf life of 24 months.

🧪 What happens if it clumps or hardens?

Hydrate⁺ uses natural ingredients and no artificial anti-caking agents, so slight clumping can happen—especially in humid conditions. If your sachet feels a little firm, it’s still safe to use.

Here’s what to do:

Give it a gentle shake or massage the sachet to loosen the powder
Mix as normal - it should dissolve fully in water

If a sachet has become very solid or won’t dissolve properly, reach out to our customer care team and we’ll help.

Because Hydrate⁺ is free from artificial colours and preservatives, subtle changes in taste or appearance over time are normal—especially closer to the BBE date.
