Our current level of vitamin B6 was originally formulated in line with earlier scientific research and regulations. It was designed to provide comprehensive nutritional support for brain and body health.

Since then, updated guidance has suggested that some people taking higher doses of vitamin B6 over long periods may experience mild tingling sensations, such as in the arms or hands. To stay transparent, we include this as a precautionary note on the label so you know what to look out for, even though most people never experience it.

We’ve carefully reviewed this new guidance and are already working to reduce the amount of B6 in future batches of Vitals⁺. These updates will be implemented in the coming months.
