How can I apply a discount code to my account?Updated a month ago

You can now add a discount code directly from your Heights account — here’s how:

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. Scroll to the Summary section (just below your shipping information).
   

3. Enter your code in the Discount Code field.

4. Click Apply — and you’re all set! 🎉

💡 You might need to refresh the page to see the updated price. You’ll find this confirmed at the top left of your subscription, where your pricing and frequency are shown.

A few things to note:

• Not all codes will be valid in the customer portal — some are limited to first-time orders or special offers.

• You can only use one discount code at a time — existing discounts can’t be stacked.
