How do I update my billing information?Updated 3 months ago
To update your payment method, first login into your customer portal. Now follow the below steps:
1. Click "More"

2. Then click "Change payment method"

3. Click "Confirm" to request a secure link—this will be emailed to you so you can update your payment details

4. Open your inbox and look for the email subject: "Update your payment method for Heights" and open the "Confirm payment information" link.

Your current payment method will be displayed, plus the last 4 digits of your card (if you’re using a card). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and more. You can also pay via Paypal or Google / Apple Pay (for US customers)*.
5. Updated payment method and billing information are required, then select "Update Card".

*To use Google Pay, please ensure you’re using the Google Chrome browser and for Apple Pay (if you're based in the US), please use the Safari browser.
