  1. Make sure you’re using the email address we use to contact you about your orders — that’s the one linked to your subscription

  2. Enter your email in the login field

  3. Click “Get login code”

  4. You’ll receive a 4-digit code by email

    • If you’ve opted into SMS updates, you’ll also receive the code via text

    • The code expires after a few minutes, so be sure to use it quickly

    • Don’t forget to check your Spam or Junk folder just in case

  5. Enter the code and you’ll be logged in instantly

  • Try using your email before your phone number (as not all customers enter a number at checkout)
