Login to your customer portal and follow this step-by-step guide to help you smoothly navigate the cancellation process and ensure a hassle-free experience.

Cancel Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the bottom right and click "Cancel Subscription" which is found underneath your shipping and billing details. 

2. Click on the white box if you decide you'd prefer to cancel, rather than delay your next order. (Apologies if the text isn't visible - we're working on it!)

3. Select a reason for cancelling, and then click "Confirm"

NOTE: Once your subscription is successfully cancelled, there will be no future orders; however, any orders that have already been processed will ship as scheduled.
