How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a month ago

Thinking of cancelling your subscription? We’ll be really sad to see you go 💔 — but of course, you’re in full control and can cancel anytime from your account.

Here’s how to do it, step by step:

❌ To cancel your subscription:

1. Log into your account

2. Click “More” and select “Cancel” from the dropdown menu
   

3. A short video will pop up — once it plays, you can close it to continue
   

4. You’ll then be asked: “Do you really want to cancel?” — click “Continue” to proceed with cancellation, or “Delay” to delay your next renewal
   

5. Choose a cancellation reason from the list and click “Continue”
   
   
   

6. Based on your reason, you might be offered a tailored solution (e.g. delay or adjust your plan). You can:

   • Accept the offer to keep your subscription going

   • Or click “Continue” to proceed with cancellation; click “Cancel now”
     

Once confirmed, your subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will be made. 

🔔 Note: Any orders that have already been processed will still be shipped as scheduled.
