How can I receive my next order sooner?Updated 3 months ago

If you wish to receive your order sooner than the scheduled renewal date, you have two options. You can either select "Order Now" to process it immediately. Or, you can use the "Next Order Date" function in your customer portal to select a date that is convenient for you. 

ORDER NOW

This function will bill and process your next order now. Rest assured, your subsequent renewal date will be adjusted accordingly.

All you need to do is click "More"

Then "Order now"

Remember to hit "Apply", and your order will be on it's way shortly!

NEXT ORDER DATE

If you'd like to receive your order sooner, but do not want it processed immediately, then you can select "Set your next order date"

This will provide a pop out calendar. Simply choose the date you want your next order to be processed and hit "Confirm"

Your new shipping date should now appear in the top left of your subscription section within your account. This will also update subsequent billing and shipping dates accordingly to prevent disrupting future orders.
