Can I add or edit products within my subscription?Updated a month ago
Yes! You can easily manage the products in your subscription from your account, including swapping items, updating quantities, adding one-off products, or removing something altogether. ✨
Your subscription is fully flexible — here’s how it works:
🔄 Swap a product
Want to replace one product with another?
Click “Swap” next to the product you’d like to change
Select the new product you’d like instead, and click “Swap Product” to confirm your change
➕ Update quantities
Use the plus (+) or minus (–) buttons to increase or reduce the number of items in your subscription. Changes save automatically.
❌ Remove a product
To remove an item from your subscription:
Set the quantity to 0
You’ll be prompted to confirm the removal — just click Confirm, and the product will be removed from your future orders
🛍 Add a product (one-time or subscription)
Below your current subscription items, you’ll see a carousel of all available products:
Click “Add” next to the product you want
Choose whether to:
Add as a one-time item – it’ll be included in your next order only
Add as a subscription item – it’ll be included in all future orders, and eligible for a bundle discount
Click the option you prefer, and it will automatically save
Note: These changes apply to future orders only, and won’t affect anything already processed.
