We know plans change — but because we aim to pack and ship your order within hours of processing payment, we're usually unable to cancel once it’s gone through.
We do send a billing reminder 3 days before your order is processed, so there’s time to make any changes ahead of time.
If your order has already been processed and you didn’t get a chance to delay or cancel in time, don’t worry — we can still help.
✅ Return for a refund (unopened orders only)
If your order has already shipped, we’re happy to arrange a refund as long as:
The product is unopened
You pop it in the return post within 4 days of receiving it

Use our Royal Mail return link to generate a free return label.
Once you’ve dropped it off, please let our team know and share the return tracking number — we manually track all returns, so this helps us process your refund faster. 💛
🌍 Outside the UK?
No problem — just reach out to our team and we’ll talk you through the return process.
Please note that return postage from outside the UK is at the customer’s expense.
