Can I cancel an order that has already been processed?Updated a month ago

We pride ourselves on packaging and shipping orders within hours of processing payments, so once your payment has gone through to fulfilment, unfortunately, we can't stop it from being shipped. 


We do email our customers 3 days before taking any payment to allow you the opportunity to cancel, skip, or reschedule if needed, so apologies if this reminder was missed. We are also a helpful and friendly team - if you would like to discuss returning an unexpected (and unopened item) item back to us, within 4 days of receipt, we'd be happy to help. 


However, you can delay future orders at any time. Simply log into your account and select to “Skip” or “Set your next order date” from the list of options.
