Can I cancel an order that has already been processed?Updated 7 days ago

We pride ourselves on packaging and shipping orders within hours of processing payments, so once your payment has gone through to fulfilment, unfortunately, we can't stop it from being shipped. 

We send a billing reminder 3 days before your order is processed to allow you time to make any changes. If this has been missed and you've not had a chance to halt your order before dispatch, don't worry. 


Provided the product is unopened and put in returning post within 4 days of arrival, we'll happily arrange a refund for you. 


If you're in the UK, simply use this Royal Mail link to create a free return label and let us know when it's on the way. So long as we can see it is on route, we'll arrange your refund right away.
