Can I return my order for a refund?Updated 5 days ago

We totally understand that sometimes billing reminders can be missed — and you might not get a chance to pause your order before it’s sent. If that happens, no stress — we’re here to help. 

If your order has already been dispatched, we’re happy to arrange a refund as long as:

  • The product is unopened, and

  • It’s returned within 4 days of delivery


Here’s what to do:

📦 UK customers
Use this Royal Mail link to create your free return label.
Once you’ve dropped your parcel off, please email us with your return tracking number — this is important so we can monitor it and process your refund manually (our warehouse doesn’t issue refunds automatically).

🌍 Based outside the UK?
No problem — just get in touch, and we’ll guide you through the return process for your location.
Please note: for international returns, postage costs will need to be covered on your end.
