Can I skip or edit my next delivery?Updated 25 days ago

Not quite ready for your next order? No problem — your Heights subscription is totally flexible. You can skip, gift, or reschedule your upcoming delivery at any time, directly from your account portal.

🛑 Skip your next delivery

To skip your next order, just follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Click the “Skip” button in the top right

  3. Choose from the following options:

  • Gift this order – Surprise someone special by sending your next order to a friend! Just enter their delivery details. Your subscription will resume as normal after this order is sent. 🎁

  • Skip 15 days – Push your next delivery 15 days from today’s date

  • Skip 29 days – Push your next delivery 29 days from today’s date

Note: The skip options will reflect your current shipping frequency — so if you’re on a custom delivery schedule, the skip intervals may differ from the standard 15 or 29 days.


📅 Set a custom next order date

Prefer to choose your own date? You can do that too.

  1. Click “More”

  2. In the drop-down, select “Next order date”

  3. Select your desired date and click “Confirm”


Once you’ve made a change, your updated shipping date will appear at the top of your subscription dashboard.

Heads up: Any edits you make will apply to your next order only. They won’t affect orders that have already been processed — even if they haven’t shipped yet.
