Need a break? No problem — your Heights subscription is fully flexible, so you can easily adjust upcoming orders to suit your schedule. ✨
You have a few options within your account portal:
🔁 Skip
Push your next order out by a half or full billing cycle — perfect if you need a short break but want to stay on track.
📅 Next order date
Select a date in the future for your next delivery. Just choose what works best for you from the pop-up calendar and hit Confirm.
⏳ Edit frequency
If you’re finding your orders arrive too often (or not often enough), you can adjust your delivery schedule — e.g. every 30, 45, or 60 days — to better match your pace.
🔔 These tools give you the flexibility to delay or space out your subscription, even though we don’t offer a formal “pause” button.
Any changes you make will automatically update your billing and shipping dates — so you won’t be charged until your next order is due to be sent.
