We’re so glad you asked — because how we deliver your products matters just as much as what’s inside. 🌿

Here’s what to expect with your deliveries:

• Your first order comes in a thoughtfully designed cardboard box, complete with a welcome pamphlet — it’s part of the Heights unboxing experience and a gentle intro to our products and story.

• Ongoing deliveries arrive in more minimal packaging to reduce waste — but still protect your products in transit.

Materials we use (and how to recycle them):

• Cardboard boxes: 100% recyclable — just flatten and pop in your household recycling bin ♻️

• Jiffy mailers: Lined with 100% recycled material and made with 20% post-consumer recycled content. These can be recycled like a plastic carrier bag — usually by dropping them off at dedicated soft plastics bins (often found at major supermarkets).

• Clamshells: Made from moulded paper pulp — fully recyclable and completely plastic-free.
