For customers
There are 2 ways to access your unique referral link:
Your Account
To refer a friend, log in to your account to generate your unique referral link.
Simply copy this and start sharing!
Referral Page
To refer a friend, all you need to do is go to our referral page* and copy the link as shown below.
You can share it however you’d like, e.g. through Whatsapp, SMS, social media.
*If you haven't previously signed into your account, you'll be prompted to do so here.
It’s also possible to email your friend.
If you want to send to multiple friends, simply separate the email addresses with a comma. Once you’ve added the emails, hit “Send”.
For friends
When the friend clicks the existing Heights customer's unique referral link, it will take them to Heights' homepage.
A pop up will be displayed inviting the friend to enter their name and email address.
The friend will then be prompted to check their inbox for their discount code.
Friends must apply this discount code in their cart or at checkout for subscription products only*.
After checking out, 20% will be rewarded to both the referring customer and the friend—20% of the referrer’s next charge and 20% off the friend’s first charge.
If you forget to checkout with your discount code, we will not refund you 40% of your charge. You will instead need to manually apply the discount code to your next charge using these instructions.
What happens next for the customer?
Customers will receive an email after their friend has purchased a new subscription, explaining this was successfully completed and that 20% will be auto-applied to their next charge.
Customers will get 20% off subsequent orders for every successful referral. There's no limit. It's a win-win!
