How can I track my order?Updated a month ago

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing details to track your order.

This tracking information is sent out once the parcel has been processed to ship at our warehouse. You should receive this link in the shipping confirmation email, where all you need to do is input your order or tracking number.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame and you have received no updates, please let us know HERE and we will be happy to help track it down.

You can always check and edit when your next bottle ships in your account. If you have any issues with logging into your account, please see this FAQ.


🔔 A note for new subscribers:

If you’ve just joined Heights with a subscription, your customer portal will show the shipping date of your next order, not your first one. But don’t worry—your initial order is already on its way! You’ll receive email updates as it progresses.
