If our billing reminder has been missed and you've not had a chance to halt your order before dispatch, don't worry.
Provided the product is unopened and put in returning post within 4 days of arrival, we'll happily arrange a refund for you.
If you're in the UK, simply use this Royal Mail link to create a free return label and let us know when it's on the way. So long as we can see it is on route, we'll arrange your refund right away.
If you're outside the UK, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to talk you through next steps.
